St. Christopher School has become a charter member of the National Junior Honor Society.
The purpose of this chapter is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to
render service, to promote leadership, to develop character, and to encourage good
citizenship in the students of St. Christopher School. Students in 7th and 8th grades who meet the academic criteria of a grade point average of 94.0 may submit information and paperwork regarding leadership, citizenship, character, and service.
The Faculty Council will then determine the membership according to information gleaned from the following sources:

Section 1. These by-laws may be amended by a 2/3 vote of the chapter, provided notice of the proposed amendment has been given to members at least one month prior to the vote. The exceptions are Articles II, III and IV (selection and discipline), which are developed by the Faculty Council with the approval of the principal.
Section 2. By-laws and amendments must be consistent with the Constitution of the National Honor Society.
