Scrip Program
St. Chris Scrip SCRIP is a word that means ”substitute money”, or in other words, SCRIP are gift cards from national and local retailers. They are the same gift cards that you buy at the store.
Many popular and local retailers participate in our scrip program including Wawa, Walmart, Dunkin , Acme, Giant, Kohl’s, Flynn and O’Hara, O’Mare’s, Café Michelangelo and Mama Mia’s just to name a few.
We have access to hundreds of retailers we can even special-order cruise lines and hotel chains as well!
You’re probably asking how these stores help us raise money. It’s simple. Scrip participating retailers agree to sell gift cards to St. Christopher at a discount. Families like yours buy the gift cards for full face value; then redeem them for full face value. Our school keeps a portion of the discount and the other portion goes to your family to help reduce the cost of tuition. Families using the SCRIP program on a regular basis have saved anywhere form $100.00 to over $1,000.00 off their tuition per year to the school of their choice.
St. Christopher’s SCRIP program allows you to use your dollars at St. Christopher for school tuition or prep, for high school tuition and even for college and college loans.
SCRIP is exciting because everyone wins! All you have to do is put your regular household shopping dollars to work. You earn money for our school and for your tuition without spending a single additional penny.
St. Chris SCRIP is now online at RaiseRight.com our enrollment code is FA 2B2E741546. RaiseRight is the organization that we purchase our physical gift cards from. The online application also allows for alternative ways to pay bank cards and credit cards. The online program carries many more gift cards then we do along with ecards.
If you wish to purchase a physical gift card that we do not carry, orders are placed on Sunday for a following Wednesday pick up. Because we are a volunteer program every effort will be made to fill your PAID online order in a timely matter (one to two days but in some cases could take up to one week). As with any program, the key to success is our volunteers. We are always looking for help and it only requires two hours a month! Volunteering is a great way to meet people and help the school community. If you would like to volunteer, please feel free to call or text me at the below number. By enrolling in these programs, parents can earn tuition credit based on purchases/orders.
Scrip is a gift card program that includes grocery stores, retail stores, restaurant chains and local businesses. When you buy gifts cards, a percentage of your purchase goes to benefit St.Christopher School and another percentage goes directly into an account that can be used for St. Christopher School tuition, high school tuition, college tuition and EVEN student loans! ANYONE can participate in the SCRIP program. You do not need to be a parishioner, or have kids in the school!List of Participating Stores
